RETURN POLICY

We at The A.I. Root Company (“Root”) value and take pride in the quality of our products. Prior to shipment, we inspect all orders. We ask our customers to please inspect purchases upon receipt. Please let us know if there is any damage to your merchandise once you receive your order. If there is any damage, we will arrange to promptly replace the damaged product. Moreover, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase from Root for any reason, you may return any purchased items in original condition within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that were offered on “special,” sale items, retired items, or other special-buy items. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

All photographic images are copyrighted by Root Candles. All rights not specifically granted by this Agreement are reserved. Your right to reproduce any image is subject to the restrictions set forth in this agreement.

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS GRANTED
By this agreement, Root Candles grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to reproduce any Image for the sole purpose of marketing and advertising (editorial, catalogs, brochures, etc.) Root Candles only. You may incorporate the images in a non-print reproduction such as: web sites, broadcast video, multimedia presentations and CD ROMS; provided the image is incorporated into a design in such a fashion that it is clearly not intended to be downloaded or copied.

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE
"Non-transferable" means that the work you produce, Incorporating the Image, must be for your own use, or for the use of your direct employer, client, or customer, who must be the end-user of your work. You may not sell, rent, loan, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer to anyone the Image or the right to reproduce the image.
