Root's Fully Ornamented Paschal Design depicts a white lamb symbolizing the "Lamb of God" at the top of the candle. The Paschal lamb is a symbol of God's deliverance of his people. The Alpha & Omega depict Christ's words from heaven, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end." The bottom is adorned with white Easter Lilies, a symbol of Christ's Resurrection; and with Gold bands that wrap around the candle.
